  I'm an ex-Clevelander who now lives in Switzerland. When I come home, I always arrange afternoon tea at the Ritz Carlton for a small get together with friends. Every visit has been a memorable experience. The presentation is wonderful, the pastries and little sandwiches are delicious, and the tea is top-notch. I've been coming here for years and the entire staff is extremely accommodating. It is actually similar service that you would find in Europe. Just make sure to make reservations well in advance.
