::Came here after the Cleveland Marathon to get a coffee and warm up before exploring downtown. One of the staff yelled "lobby is closed can't stay here". Absolutely rude and unacceptable for customers who have purchased drinks and donuts from your establishment.

::Even after the pandemic is over and there is no seating in one of the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. They don’t even have access to the restrooms, and when asking even the manager for my handicapped mother in law who can’t walk well they denied. The staff was rude and we won’t be coming here again. I’m really disappointed in Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s a real shame.
