  The staff is a little slow on the uptake and they carefully monitor people who look slightly different. Lots and lots of tourists in this overcrowded hotel. Rooms are usual Marriott high quality. Great location at a good price. Breakfast is expensive. And, the phone operator NEVER answers the phone. Our whole family could never get in touch with each other because the phone line is never answered. How frustrating.

  We had a corner room and the view was spectacular! Room service was hot, fast and delicious. Daily maid service was spot on perfection and they never touched our personal items. The breakfast buffet had dozens of choices from sweet to savory yummy goodness!

  Unfortunately, my room was beside a high school touring group. They arrived at 10:00 p.m. The kids were allowed to run up and down the hallway until Midnight. Then at 4:00 a.m. the chaperone's were banging on each of the doors yelling for the kids to wake up so they could begin their day of sightseeing...yes, 4:00 a.m. the following morning. I recommend asking for a room on a floor where these school touring groups are not located. OR find a hotel away from the city and then drive in...at least you will be able to enjoy your stay. It is a nice hotel with a great staff...just unfortunate there is no proper controls over those rude touring groups.
