::Worst service ever. We requested a #9 with bacon instead of ham and a hold on the mayo/tomatoes and were yelled at and told no substitutes. I've eaten at JJ's for years and never had an experience like this. After a long back and forth argument they made the wrong sandwich three times, charged for a "trashed sandwich fee" and we ended up with a #5 with bacon and no veggies. My gf was tired of arguing and just paid the fee and I can't believe she caved to this BS. They charged her $18 for one #5 sandwich which isn't even worth $6 with how poorly it was made. No customer is required to pay for a restaurant's mistakes. If you order a product and you don't get that product that's the restaurant's fault and their cost to eat. We are never eating at this location again and we've contacted Jimmy John's corporate to let them know our displeasure. If they don't make this right we're not eating at any Jimmy John's ever again.

::Employees are very nice, Fresh is fresh and orders are fast . Went there last night the manager behind the counter was very rude that I had to cancel my order. I used to go there at least once a week but I’ll never go back again👎
