  Hard to find in the Columbia Tower maze. Sandwich was the usual Jimmy John quality. Over staffed at the time of my visit. One of the few Jimmy John's where the employees could care less that you're in their shop. No place to sit and no napkins to be found.

  Employees are consistently bad at their jobs. They chat inappropriately while making sandwiches, forget delivery orders,and generally make it clear that you're bothering them by being there. Great place for a quick sandwich as long as you don't mind incorrect ingredients and lack of respect. This is not a fluke. This happens every time.

  I don't know they got a bad rating but from my experience everyone that works there are great. They also work hard and no one likes to tip them either.
