::Freaky slow and RUDE delivery...the delivery guy was extremely smarmy and was filthy ... I took a risk, I saw the reviews and decided to order from here anyways lol (why did I even tip!!!). The sandwich gross too, like the bread was cut unevenly and super hard, and there was hardly anything inside of it! If I do order from JJ again, it'll be to the nicer ones where people don't give you attitude while handing you food with dirt caked under their nails.. barf

::While you'll eventually get your sandwich it's not the fastest JJs experience. The employees also haven't been helpful in handling non-sandwich related store inconveniences, like the soda machine being out of carbonated water. In this case the syrup was there but the drinks weren't fizzy. As I had just paid for the cup I asked a couple of times if anyone was going to fix it. I was met with blank stares and was eventually told that someone had recently changed it and that it should work in a couple of minutes. I ate my entire sandwich and tried again to no avail. I threw the cup in the trash as I was fed up enough at this point to forego even asking for a refund. Moral of the story, go for a sandwich, not for service.

::I’m visiting from NYC and the staff is pretty friendly. They helped us choose what we would like and the wait wasn’t even that long! Pretty good subs for a reasonable price

::I've always had an exceptional experience and staff has been overly happy and helpful..... until today. Never going back to this location. For snapped at by employee while she let a customer take my sandwich. Had to get my money back and leave without eating.
