  I joined JeniFit soon after having my 2nd child, eager to get back in shape. This studio is incredibly welcoming, and the instructors are authentic in their dedication to clients. They motivate and challenge you during classes and follow up with regular check ins to ensure you are meeting and exceeding your goals. The variety of classes offered allows you to get fit while having fun. Highly Recommend- you won't be disappointed!

  Going to Jenifit Studios has been an amazing experience for me! The instructors really do push you and make you work hard, I always leave feeling amazing. Compared to all other gyms I have been apart of, this is by far my favorite. The workouts are challenging and I am already seeing results! Would absolutely recommend to all!

  Dynamic fitness studio . . . JeniFit has something for everyone. It's not one size fits all -because neither are we. As you change and grow (or shrink) there's always something exciting and new on the horizon, keeping you engaged in your fitness journey. Trust me -- I've been engaged for 10 years.   If you need to convince yourself as to whether you should join JeniFit, all you need to do is step into the entry way of the studio and read all of the success stories. I'm a success story. I stepped into JeniFit eight weeks after giving birth and gaining 60 lbs, and I needed someone to motivate me to just get started... to make it worth my while. I joined the Deflate Your Weight program, attended 3-4 classes a week, and after six weeks... I was hooked and down twenty pounds. If I had to miss a class, Jen messaged me... she held me accountable. After Deflate Your Weight, I kept coming back for classes, and I'm happy to say that after a year, I did lose 60 pounds and some more... I attribute that to the foundation that was established with Deflate Your Weight and the motivation each instructor provides. With every class, you are guaranteed to get a work out that's worth your time and the effort it took to get you to the studio.
