  Great staff, clean facilities, would recommend as an ideal place to train.

  I went once, because I was excited about the price... until they informed me that the $10 per month had an additional "yearly maintenance fee" that was non-refundable - and it was over a half a year's worth of the gym fees!!! It felt like a bait and switch. The staff was friendly and everything was clean, but I wish they had properly advertised their prices.

  Super friendly staff and a very clean gym overall. NEVER had a bad experience inside the gym however it can be a bit frustrating when you show up at 5am and the staff hasn't gotten to work yet. Not a complaint, just an observation.......

  Age Restrictions: All guests must be over the age of 18. Any member under 18 years of age understands that usage restrictions may apply and that this may change at any time as required by legislation and/or club policy. You understand that the following age restrictions are in place for members aged between 14 to 16 years of age. There will be no access to weights based training areas or group exercise classes which include resistance training, unless supervised one on one by a personal trainer. A Parent or Guardian must be Crunch Fitness Member and must be present at all times. I think that this counts as a judgement of age, and considering that Crunch has "No Judgements" as their slogan this is very unexpected.

  Sadly I would avoid this location. As a franchise owner they manage their location solely and in my opinion - treat customers badly. We were charged a yearly fee when we were told that we would NOT be charged - and the manager has refused to remove it. We've spoken to Crunch corporate who does not want to get involved in this location. They won't even try and help. That tells you something. Lots of other gyms in this area that treat customers well. I can suggest LA Fitness, 24 hour fitness, RWJ - all within 10 minutes range. Do yourself a favor - don't get scammed.
