  Yesterday, I went to this specific H&R Block for the first time. I booked an appointment online, and happened to get Frank Camarda to file my tax return. I had to come on here to write a review because he was unlike any other tax preparer I have ever worked with. It's seem to me that Frank really genuinely loves what he does and cares about the service he provides to his clients. As we filed, Frank truly went over every single inch of my tax return with a fine tooth comb. He spent a significant amount of time and energy making sure that I was receiving each and every dollar that I deserved back. He truly went above and beyond, taking the time to explain things about my taxes that seemed like a foreign language to me. Before I left, we even discussed some better strategies/options I could try for next year's taxes (as far as how I claim, file, and save into my work related 401 and 529 etc). Going to see Frank at H&R Block was worth every single penny (and it was honestly quite affordable considering the service rendered). Aside from his professionalism, he was also quite personable, and made the whole experience of filing my taxes a lot less confusing and intimidating to me. I am very happy that I tried this H&R location; and, more so that I was placed with Frank Camarda for my first appointment. Exceptional service! I will definitely be returning to see him next year.
