  Nice clean rooms and delightful employees from the hotel manager to room service. The only issue can be parking, either they'll have a few busses of tourist or a convention happening but other than that a pleasant stay. If you ever need anything see my gurl Joy!

  Good rooms, good breakfast, like all HI Express. But the wifi was so terrible I'm dropping a star. I couldn't even figure out exactly what the problem was, but would not work properly any of the three days I was there. I'm not talking just slow, like I couldn't even sign in for more than a few seconds at a time. Side note, the wall art is better than most hotels...

  Great bed and room. Shower was just ok. Continental breakfast wasn't bad. Eggs, toast, turkey sausage, bacon, sausage gravy, cereal, and pancake dispenser. Conveniently located literally right off the highway in a small shopping district. Would recommend staying if you have business in the area.

  I attended a conference in the Holiday Inn express Springfield. The facilities were very nice and the staff very pleasant. If I had to complain about anything it would be the quality of the coffee provided (typical for hotels, but I would love to see them step up their game) and the number of restrooms in the conference area. It didn't help that my meeting broke at set short periods, but there was always a line for the men's room.

  Due to a weather related issue, we did not arrive at the hotel until 4am. The paperwork was ready and we were checked in and in our room within 10 minutes. A late check-out of 2pm was given and most appreciated. Good shower but did not have time to experience the pool. Breakfast room service was a bit below expectations but passable.
