::This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. On the day of our check-in we were informed that our reservation was canceled. No prior notification was sent to us. The worst of all is that at the day of our check-in the hotel had rooms for new reservations. If you are considering this hotel, I suggest not doing business with this location at all.

::Breakfast by far was the best breakfast experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely will come back to this holiday in on my next visit to Alpharetta, GA

::Did not tell us there was a pricy additional dog charge until we showed up. The beds were ok. The best thing was the automatic pancake machine for breakfast.

::Specific to our stay, I hope they take steps in the future to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms. There was an old wash rag covered in dirt and makeup left hanging on the shower head. The rag had been left long enough that it was stiff. I reported this to two front desk employees and showed one employee the picture that I took to which they replied that they were sorry (which was nice). I’m not quite sure what I expected in their response, but nothing else was done or said to put my mind at ease. I think I was a decent sport about in general, but it certainly calls in to question the level of detail and care given to cleaning the rooms. I’m not particularly picky, but that was really gross and since I just opened an account with IHG, I suppose I expected better treatment. This experience definitely causes me to question whether I chose the right hotel chain to open an account with. In general, it’s time the hotel received some updates. Had the dirty wash rag incident not happened, I would have rated this hotel adequate. It’s not remarkable either direction (positive/negative)

::Location is great, rooms are big. Downfall customer service and employees extremely rude. Cleanliness awful. We had stains on all linen. I understand since covid things have changed. But do not expect them to clean room if your are there a week. Even if you put in a request which there is a assign stating you can.
