::I visited the hotel because of a Sunday art event they were hosting. The front desk attendee was very helpful and engaging even though she knew I was not checking into a room. The hotel also has a unique venue on their premises that I knew of and although its not part of their business she was able to give me lots details. The outdoor grounds of the terrace were beautiful, plenty of seating. Inside at the bar Pablo made me a great lemon drop martini. The collection of art was beautiful mixed media and the resident artist was amazing and working on her latest piece. I would definitely return to stay here, it in a great location in downtown Alpharetta with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. The ladies who were the face and coordinated this event were great as well and answered any questions any of is as guest had. I hope the Hamilton continues offering more events. This place is gorgeous you definitely need to make your reservations here.

::Great hotel. Rooms are big and bright and the staff are great. From the front desk to the valets, I had a wonderful stay here while visiting family in the area. Lots of great places to grab a bite or enjoy a cocktail within walking distance of the hotel. This will be my go to hotel when I visit my family.

::We stayed there as well as many of our guests for our daughters wedding. The Hamilton was perfect for the occasion. The Staff was exemplary, helping with the logistics of handling a large group. The hotel is in a great location, with dozens of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. It was a great experience. A special shout out to Emma S. who worked the reception area and was a great help to us.

::The Hamilton is a very nice facility located within good proximity of shops, restaurants and businesses around downtown Alpharetta. Everything was spotlessly clean and the valets were pleasant. The staff was friendly and efficient. A person at the front desk even loaned us her umbrella when we needed to go outside during the rain. I would give a better rating except for the restaurant, Carrie's Conservatory. We perused the menu before arriving and were looking forward to the convenience of the restaurant within the hotel. When we arrived for dinner about 7:30pm our ears were assaulted by obnoxiously loud music that stifled any opportunity for conversation or enjoying a meal. When I asked the restaurant's greeter how long the band would play, we were told it was Jazz Night and the band would play until 10:30pm, as she rolled her eyes. She understood the problem exactly but management apparently does not. This explains why there were few people in Carrie's Conservatory on a Friday evening. We left Carrie's Conservatory and enjoyed a delicious meal and drinks at one of the many nearby restaurants. Live music is a nice thought but management should recognize that Carrie's Conservatory does not have the acoustic design for musicians wailing on saxophones and trumpets. A piano, violin or other instrument more appropriate to the venue would be better for the customers and the restaurant's business.

::I visited this hotel 4/12-4/13 for a business conference that was being held at the property. I checked my luggage at the front desk as they didn’t have a room available yet, which was understandable as I arrived at 7am. When retrieved my luggage and placed them upstairs once my room was ready, I went back to the meeting space. In preparation for an event that night, I opened my luggage and noticed it looked to have been tampered with but didn’t want to believe it. I checked my bracelet box and was shocked to see the bracelet was missing. I tried not to jump to conclusions and decided that I would check my home to be sure once I returned from my trip. I travelled by car so, this is the only place it could have gone missing. After searching my home on day 1 of my return, I couldn’t find the bracelet. I call the hotel and am sent the manager’s voicemail as she called in sick. I call on Day 2 where I am placed on hold and the line is disconnected. I call again and speak to a woman who was somewhat helpful and said they would review the cameras and search for the bracelet. I am asked to give them until Monday 4/18. No call. I call today, 4/19, and they act as if they never heard about the incident. Placed on hold again for more than 30 mins. Totally unacceptable. Have yet to speak with anyone who was able to provide any assistance and am out of bracelet with true sentimental value to me. Then I call their customer service number only to be given the runaround for 2 months. With promises of compensation for with zero follow-through. Only for the hotel to tell me they will not honor the compensation. I simply want a call returned and the bracelet returned or the $145 that the bracelet cost. Poor customer service. Not what I expected from this hotel or chain of hotels.
