  Chef Sam made my mothers culinary dreams come true! He was so easy to work with, kind and patient as we tried to narrow down the perfect menu for my mother. Chef Sam was personable, passionate and not to mention very easy on the eyes. I couldnt tell if my friends and mother were drooling at Chef Sams food or him☺️(Sorry Chef Sam but i had too). When you finish a tasting with Chef Sam you get an overwhelming feeling of gratitude towards him and like you don't want him and his food to leave. Its like Chef Sam became part of our family. It's obvious to see Chefs Sams love for his craft and you can taste it in every bite. The whole night, the only other time i saw Chef Sam light up like he did with every course he served us, was when he spoke about his daughter. Two things I'm certain of is Chef Sam loves , is his craft and daughter. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chef Sam to anyone and everyone! He is AMAZING!!

  Everything about our experience with Chef Sam was nothing short of amazing. This was our first experience with a private chef that we hired for a small dinner party in our home with friends. We could not have been more impressed. The food was incredible (there aren’t enough adjectives to describe how good it was)! And the service throughout was exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch flavorful experience like no any.

  Chef Sam was able to come up with a creative and delicious menu for a group of people with varying restrictions and tastes. He surprised me and my group of friends with an extra appetizer and intermezzo course - also added a beautiful champagne cocktail to start. His ability to add interesting ingredients like bee pollen, Indian sugar, port soaked goat cheese and others, made each of his courses unique from anything I have eaten before. The food was 5 stars ⭐️ all the way!

  Chef Sam is by far one of a kind! My wife and i hired Sam for our anniversary dinner. Not only did Chef Sam deliver on what we discussed, Chef Sam gave us his heart and soul on every course. Chef Sam is very polite, easy to work with, honest and upfront about everything and boy can he cook! After Chef Sam left my wife snd I tried to figure out the logistics of having him cook for our family full time! By far one of the best dining experiences of my life! Highly recommend him but i will warn you my wife and I are still working out the numbers to have him full time! So better get him before we do!! Thank you Chef Sam and hopefully we will be seeing you soon!

  I booked Chef Bodine for my wife’s 40th birthday. Sam helped me put together what turned out to be an exceptional menu for the night. Sam combines an amazing talent for cooking with a very personable dining experience. Sam stayed in touch from start to finish to make sure every detail was taken care of. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days! Will definitely be booking him for our next party. Thanks Sam
