  I travel often & have exchanged items here from another location. CJ the 'manager' seemed to be very lazy, ignorant, and full of a bad attitude, photo attached! First she tried to say the items were final sale & when they clearly weren't, then "doesn't think" they do returns here, and finally "can't call" customer service. She doesn't comprehend the concept of out -of-state tax or exchange rates. I had my receipt and tags still on the items and photos of all of that. Customer service said I should return the items and file fraud on my credit card since CJ refused to refund my credit card, and I've filed a complaint with BBB as well.

  Went in a few days back and there was one poor guy Manning the registers while 3 girls were doing nothing other than clucking like hens and making comments about the people that were shopping and heaven forbid you ask a question cause you will get a ride and nasty comment instead of any help sad the H&M's in England have better customer care.

  Tried to return some unopened underwear and they would not give a refund. "Underwear and swimwear are not returnable." I have never heard of a department store not taking back these items. Ridiculous! They have lost a customer.

  Store Manager is rude!! I will never shop here for my kids again! Clothes are cheap anyway...

  I love the clothes there. It's nice and fancy. I get my cardigans, shoes and hoodies from there(: They have cute shoes. The service is nice, there wasn't anyone to welcome you though but the clothes are really nice
