  Its crowded and there's too much on the clothing racks that's it's hard just to look at items without everything falling.

  Update on the double charges I received on Saturday, March 4th, still waiting for the store manager to contact me, meanwhile, Forever 21 is stating that I made 2 separate transactions, within 2 minutes of each other for the exact same amount and for the exact same items purchased, now how much sense does that make? I am requesting proof from both receipts in their possession to compare, Clearly, I have been double charged, if you look on google, seems like they have a nasty habit of doing this to their customers, going back to 2011! I am calling an attorney. Be wary if you are asked to swipe your card a second time due to the machine malfunctioning. I am contacting an attorney.

  Worst store I’ve ever been too. 1st Time I’ve been to this store. Bought my wife a Christmas present. It ended up being too small. Came back to return it and I️ was shocked at their return policy. 30 days, not one day over. Even bickered about letting me exchange it. Manager made an “exception” to let me exchange it this time. Horribly rude associates. No customer service whatsoever. Idiot children running this store. Will never ever shop here again and neither will my wife. Biggest joke of a store. Wake up owners.

  I went in, got what I wanted and waited in line for an hour. Then the cashier that rung me up (tram?) forget my lingerie that she rung up in my bag. I will not be shopping here again. Waste of money
