  Came in 5/10/18 to get a couple of shirts. 1. He's overpriced. 2. I told him my card was debit. After my transaction he said he hopes the money goes to Trump. I don't know if he was joking, but it was a terrible joke. Why say something that stupid to a black customer? I'll buy my t-shirts online from now on.

  Came in today to have a total of four letters put onto 2 shirts. Was told he could do it no problem. Prints them to the exact size we want and the perfect font. Puts it in the iron and does both shirts. Hands them back to me and I see that the shirts are scorched (polyester) and that there is discoloration along the entire sleeve. He told me that this was normal and to take it home and it would wash out. Well guess what, it didn't. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. They will lie to you straight to your face and over charge for your ruined shirt.

  Make it personalized is the best. I went in to have some wine glasses engraved and one cracked. So the guy gave me 4 new wine glasses for free that we're thicker and had them engraved no extra charge. I recommend them to everyone. Great place and very helpful.

  The proprietor, Mel, was friendly and helped locate the symbol I wanted online. He then transferred this design to his machine, mounted my item, and began the laser-engraving. Total elapsed time 14 minutes. He waived labor charges and simply asked $15 for the engraving. I was completely satisfied with the service and work. I have recommended his shop and will return for other work.

  I was blown away by the service. Mel was extremely busy with customers coming into the store every second. I just bought two throw blankets at Costco and I needed it personalized with names within the hour so I could gift them at my party. When I went to pick them up, I was so impressed with his work that I brought in two more thick blankets for Mel to personalize. All of the gifts turned out more beautiful than imagined. I am now a customer for life. Great job Mel!
