  Arrived late Saturday from traveling. The font desk worker was ok. The rooms are not at the standard of what I expect from Hilton and/or Hilton Garden Inn. Seems as so the pandemic has moved along, the cleanliness has slipped. I’ve stayed at TONS of Hilton and this was the worst one. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a Hilton; I HAVE STAYED IN A BUNCH OF HITLON! The breakfast:TERRIBLE!!! You can order a “made to order entree”, but they’re going to give you old, dried, rubbery sides (potatoes, meat) from the buffet server. The food was poor. The worst Hilton Garden Inn food experience as well! Overall, poor experience. I don’t recommend it for anyone!

  Im sick and tired of places lying. They keep pictures up of the pool and hot tub. They had time to change it in the text about amenities. So make sure you read everything. No pool, no hot tub. They do that on purpose I just know it. It has been a common issue all across the country.

  Very nice and helpful staff. But…Beware parking is not free as advertised…big open parking lot…and they charge a BS “parking recapture fee” which at first I thought was a tax…nope…just something they decided to sneak in on a bill. Shady business dealing. Also the breakfast is a rip off . $7.30 for the “continental” breakfast ?? Really? And if you want basic eggs and sausage that’s even more. Hilton Garden Inns are basically a Hampton Inn that charges for breakfast and parking.

  Let me assure you their satisfaction guarantee means absolutely nothing. The GM Paige Ilis a sorry excuse for a manager. They didn't even return my phone call. How's that for a satisfaction guarantee? I will never stay in another Hilton hotel again. Just look at the pictures I just posted. Obviously they don't do very thorough cleaning. What a pathetic organization.

  In Short: Reception staff is great, some other staff is horrible. Breakfast buffet is a rip off. Rooms were clean enough upon arrival but there is no room service, even after requesting it. Deficient A/C and uncomfortable beds. I booked in Hilton expecting a standard of quality and service and was greatly disappointed. We will be returning to Colorado but never again at this hotel. The Good: Our receptionist was nice, polite, attentive and very helpful even helping me correct my reservation from 2 guests to 4 guests. The rooms were clean enough upon arrival and the hotel is very accessible. The Bad: Breakfast lady was rude and unprofessional. She unnecessarily raised her voice at me and other staff when I simply asked a question. She had this face of disgust while attending to us and even went as far as to say out loud to another guest that she hated people right after serving our table. Someone who dislikes her people and her job so much should no be working with customers. Also got served a dirty cup. In order to get Breakfast you'll end up paying $40 more per night which makes it a 1/3 of the total price and for that price you get oatmeal, cereal, juice and bread, if any. If you want anything warm, eggs or some kind of meat you'll have to pay per plate. Not to mention the horrible uncalled for service. There is no room service until 5th day. We called front desk asking for room service, new sheets, new towels, trash picked up. All they did was take the trash. Mi wife had to go in person to reception to get more towels. I find this unacceptable. Finally, all 4 of us found the beds and pillows to be uncomfortable. My back hurt after our stay. The AC would not cool below 72F but during the night it actually went as high as 78F.
