We had a great time and stay here at the Homewood Suites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I was glad that it had a kitchenette and things like plates, and utensils. This was very helpful when you travel as a family. I utilized the gym., it was small but I was able to get a workout. My kids really enjoyed the indoor heated pool, while there was snow outside. The breakfast was also very good. We made waffles, had eggs and bacon. They had a lot of options so there are no complaints here. This is a very family friendly place. It is not too far from Downtown but you should have a rental car if you stay here in my opinion. We utilized the BBQ grill and sat around the firepit for one of the nights and it was a great time. I highly recommend this place. We had an awesome stay.

Keep in mind you will have to drive for everything or use a delivery service. Checking in was a bit disappointing, easy and speedy to get the key, and arriving at the room, the room key would not work, tried around 10 times with both keys finally opened. (Door assembly lock system broken, the card would fall to the bottom). After dropping everything off, headed out for a bit, and let the front desk know what was going on, she gave me 2 more keys and would contact maintenance. Returned from being out, could not get the key to unlock the door, and tried numerous times, while on the phone with the front desk. it finally unlocked. Maintenance had not been informed of the issue while I was out, the front desk sent maintenance, the batteries were changed, and told me the problem was fixed. (All locks all scheduled to be changed out next week) This morning heading out, forgot something in the room, and here we go, could not get in the room, frustrated at this point. Went to the front desk, explained the situation and that I was not dealing with this anymore, I wanted a different room I could get into, she went behind closed doors, came back, informed me that the assistant manager approved of moving me and was giving me 5000 points for the hassle. Wow, I guess I should be so grateful, first, I didn't give a rats ... if they were moving me or not, hotel staff knew when I was checking in the door lock was not working properly, but went ahead and let me move in, very unprofessional, I should have been put in a room the door lock work, secondly 5000 points for the hassle, heck I think a dime is more valuable. Moved into a new room, out for a bit, and returned to the room, the door unlocked with the key the first time.

We checked in on Thanksgiving day and the lady who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. Later that evening another lady was at the front desk and she was amazing too. The rooms were spacious and comfy. We had three different types of rooms (there were 12 of us) and we liked all three room types. The bunk bed room was cool for kids and my large family also loved the two room suite and the king suite on the first floor had high ceilings that made the room feel really spacious. The breakfast was fabulous every morning....lots of yummy choices and the hot food changed every day which was nice. My kids liked that the waffle batter flavor changed every day too. The breakfast workers were always very attentive and helpful. Probably the best breakfast I've had at any hotel. The location was nice...by a mall and freeways...made for easy Black Friday shopping on my trip lol. The pool was nice but I wish there was a hot tub. If we ever come to Denver again, we will definitely stay here again!

Good location near lots of shops and restaurants (driving). Checked into easily but noticed an odor coming from the kitchen sink. Ran the garbage disposal but the smell got worse each day. Finally asked to be moved and Kayla was very accommodating -- she got us into the same room type within minutes. The pipes under the sink had been closed off with duct tape. Hopefully they fixed this. Breakfast each morning was good and the staff were all friendly. Ice machine room smelled like mildew and needed some repairs. Would consider staying here again if I went back to Denver.

Very clean, very comfortable, quiet AC unit, spacious room, the bed was really comfortable and sheets were clean and soft. Breakfast was actually not terrible as far as hotel breakfast goes. Staff was very friendly and responsive. I would 100% stay at this hotel again.
