::Stay was excellent. My wife and I had a great time. We checked in on the 18 and stayed for 2 nights. We came for our anniversary and booked the suite with the tub. Our tub was not working and when we called the front desk and an old man said no more rooms with the tub and no maintenance on site. My wife was extremely disappointed and so was I. I planned this for my wife for months!!! After a few minutes we received a call from Ali the manager apologizing for the inconvenience and finding a resolution. He asked if he can take a look at the tub and see if he can fix it. He ended up fixing the tub and faucet after constant battle with the power supply and loose handle!!! Thankfully the tub worked and we my wife was happy! The lobby smelled great. We ordered food from the restaurant and really enjoyed it. We were a bit unhappy that the bar was closed, but Ali was helpful and took care of us. He took our order too and showed us the cooler with the drinks and that was nice! Well worth $450! Overall great hotel and service!

::As a team member, my experience here wasn’t great. This location was a first timer for me. It was a bit of a culture shock on both ends ( staff and mine). More so, the vibe was really awkward. Conversation at check in was brief , barely felt acknowledged, literally what I was trained on I didn’t receive from the person at check in. He also seemed like he barely wanted to answer any questions. He barely explained something I asked , where as I had to ask his co worker for clarity. Then I came down to the desk around 11PM and I asked a new front desk person if the liquor cabinet was closed for the night. He said “ for me NO.” So I asked him what does he me “ for ME, NO?” He assumed without seeing or asking for ID , that I was underage. I also never even came in contact with the liquor, I simply asked if they were closed for the night… whole experience just wasn’t comfortable. I wanted to go home ( I booked this for a get away - and I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service ).

::The place was great. Receptionist were nice. Disappointing for the indoor pool. No where on the website states that the indoor pool was closed. My 3 year old has been waiting to go swimming for a while now. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. So heartbreaking when I had to tell my daughter that the indoor pool is closed. Packed all her swimming gear with her and everything. I would of booked somewhere else if I knew the indoor pool was closed.

::The hotel intentionally plumbs artificial, toxic fragrances throughout the hotel that triggered asthma and migraine headaches. The rooms were so dry, no amount of lotion could resolve. Fact it, I’ll never stay at another Hilton garden in as long as I live. I looked up the manufacturer of the fragrance machines, which are on every floor and in the main lobby. All are only for WELL VENTILATED areas, of which ONLY the lobby qualifies. The wall units are near the elevator on every floor, made for larger, WELL VENTILATED AREAS, Neither of which the individual floors are. ::Hotel is very clean + breakfast crew is very welcoming. A gentleman name Ali or Mohammad made our stay one of the best and unforgettable. He knows his business and was amazing during our check in. Very fast and professional even when there was a long line. There was a problem in our room with the door lock after a few hours that delayed our evening family meet. When we called down, Ali came up with the tools and within a few minutes, we were able to get in. He informed us he is the evening manager and if there is a problem to just let him know and he he will take care of it. Looks like he is more than just a skilled manager. My mother said he is a gem! Thank you for the great stay Hilton. We will return soon.
