::My stay here was quite comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were kept clean, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

::Had to stay a night for work, the next morning as I was gathering my things I noticed something out of the corner of my eye. 3 bugs were in the sheets! I took pictures and unfortunately left as I was running late so called Hilton Corporate who filed a claim with the Hotel. Hampton called me and gave me 2000 measly points for my troubles when this was disgusting. Made me feel like they didn’t believe me, refused to look at the pictures I sent and told me they don’t have problems with bed bugs. Do not recommend.

::Most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Bed was rock hard. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and location was nice, but unless they get more comfortable beds instead of a rock slab, I’ll never stay here again.

::CLEAN!! very friendly staff, felt very welcomed. Grabbed breakfast before leaving, good breakfast, choices of toast, bagels, muffins, potatoes, sausage, eggs, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and of course waffles. Most of all GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF!!

::Every single person that we encountered during our stay was super. Althea runs a great show and her employees reflect her in every way. The cleanliness, Staff Friendliness, room conditions were on point. A very special shoutout to the young lady that works the 3-11 shift (short, with glasses). I'm so sorry that I forgot her name but she's a rock star.
