  So far so good. The place is clean quiet and all staff very polite and professional. Went for an estimate. Expensive!!! Knew it would be, but the price was borderline outrageous...otherwise 5 stars. But Id rather have the work done at the dealership for warranty purposes. I’ll update after work is done.

  This was our third transaction with Hempstead Ford Lincoln, and with Frank Romeo in particular. We have found the dealership to be responsive, available, fair, and honest with us. Frank is an exemplary sales person and representative of Hempstead Ford Lincoln. He worked with us to give us the best possible service, and the best possible pricing terms. Our most recent experience involved us buying out (early) the lease on our Edge, and at the same time trading in our Toyota Camry (for which we received a very fair offer as a trade-in), and then leasing an Escape. Our daughter will likely be in the market for a vehicle within a year, and we will absolutely do business with Hempstead Ford Lincoln and with Frank Romeo. As for Ford in general, we are now back to being a Ford Family. 100%. P.S. Frank: Thanks for the complimentary detailing which we will take care of this Saturday, so that the Edge looks brand new and maybe even will have that "new car aroma" once again, As for the Escape, we are very very pleased.

  I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from this dealership. Evan, my associate, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He got me a very good deal and the car I wanted. He also spent time explaining the workings of the car which was delivered in pristine condition.I definitely recommend him and the dealership.

  5 Star Ford Dealership. Excellent sales reps and fast delivery on my 2018 Ford Explorer. Hempstead Ford gave me the best price on my new vehicle after visiting 3 other Ford Dealerships. Definitely ask for Frank in the sales Dept. Professional courteous and straight talk from an experienced sales person

  From the minute I first called and got Corey on the phone and talked to her about a truck I saw on line and she put me in touch with John Zalts it was a no pressure,no run-around experience. The price was the price(witch was lower then advertised) John got me approved over the phone and we made arrangements for me to pick it up and it was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely and have been referring Hempstead ford to my family and friends and look forward to doing more business with them in the future
