  I found out from my father that Karen TOOK MY DAD'S PHONE AND MADE HIM WRITE A NICE GOOGLE REVIEW! who does that? FIRE THIS WOMAN. I can't believe after years of my parents going to jeep that they would treat them so poorly during the process then force my dad to write something nice. Disgusting. My parents and I have Jeeps, but after this I'M DONE. Avoid this place!

  Exceptional service!! I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from here and I was taken care of so well. The General Manager Eric was very helpful with making sure I got what I wanted. Between Joe my sales representative and Eric, they gave me the best deal possible and really put top notch effort into making this purchase run as smoothly as possible. Highly highly recommend this dealership.

  Best dealership experience in 12 years of leasing vehicles. I had my eye on a Grand Cherokee but had 8months left in my lease with a lesser quality vehicle. Salesman George and manager Jason got me out of that lease and into the Grand Cherokee I wanted and I didn't have to increase my monthly payments to do it. All this was done with a normal down payment. Everyone from the receptionist to the manager is sociable and human. If you went as far to read the reviews I assure you they earn their high rating.

  My lease was ending and I was unsure what the process was since it was my first lease. I went in to see Alix and came out several hours later with a 2019 Jeep. I would like to say that the entire process went smoothly. Alix, Jason and Jason (Finance) all did a wonderful job in finding and financing for me the prefect vehicle that fit my budget. I will recommend Garden City Jeep and Alix to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

  I purchased a used car in 2/15/18 with Ahmed. I like to wait some time to give a review so it can be an honest one. I was very pleased with Ahmed’s service, he was very polite and friendly. Talking to Ahmed I felt like I knew him for much longer. I have recommended a few friends to come to this dealership. Ahmed will help you with anything you need from paperwork to service. I was pleased as well when my interest rate was lowered after a week of me having the car. I’m planning on purchasing another car next year and I will definitely come here again.
