  From the top down, Paul, Stephen, Michael, Liza are focused on customer service and happiness. Not pushy like other dealerships, and they will literally give you the best deal that they can. They will listen to you and guide you with regard to the best car for you! Not to mention that I love my car!

  Service Center lost my trust today. After being told that there was a nail in my tire I was quoted almost $300 with taxes to replace the tire - no option to plug it, even though it wasn’t on the sidewall, and no alternate options for tire cost. It was also recommended I only change one tire, to which I replied that I’d need two replaced to manage the ware and for safety reasons, neither concerned the staff. Two would be close to $600. I was able to schedule an appointment and drop my car off for two new tires of a better brand and warranty at another service center for literally less than the cost of one tire. While I was there, other customers were told similar stories about their tires and other parts that surprisingly needed to be replaced after routine service.

  Can I leave 100 stars?? My sales rep Mimi made my car buying experience a great one from start to end. I was in a great car at a great price in no time. I will never shop at another dealership again garden city Mazda truly made car buying a dream rather than a nightmare like dealers I’d been to prior. I would recommend anyone and everyone to visit this location and promise you will be happy

  My husband and I brought a car recently from Garden City Mazda in Long Island. I must say our Sales Representative Phil, made the experience extremely smooth and easy. He was very cordial and polite from the moment we met him and his extensive knowledge of his product was apparent as he answered all of our questions concerning the vehicle of choice a Mazda Grand Touring. He was able to show us many different cars within our budget and was able to work with our financing and get the monthly payments to where we desired. Again he was very attentive, friendly and allowing us to take our time reading through all paperwork and answering all questions concerning the finer details. I would suggest Garden City Mazda to all my family and friends if they ever wanted to buy a car in the near future and ask for Phil as you will have a wonderful car buying experience with him. Thank you Phil we love our New Grand Touring!

  Easy, Breezy, and Very Straight Forward.... I was referred here to see Cesar and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. When I first met him, I was nervous as this is my first car being purchased in NY, I'm from VA. After speaking with him for just a short time I knew when I found my car insurance this was the place to purchase the car. I came in on Sunday and returned Tuesday with my insurance. Cesar made me feel so special the way he took his time with me and explained everything even sitting in the car to go over cool features and the ones his wife loves. I absolutely love my car and my experience here. If you want a Mazda GO HERE!! .... FYI: the one on Northern Blvd is nowhere near as nice nor are the prices better.
