  I went to Healey for routine maintenance on my Chevy Cruz. We had to wait so my husband and decided to look at getting a new car. The manager walked by and I asked if we could test drive an Equinox. He said sure no problem I’ll get you a salesperson. Well we had the best ever. I want to personally thank The Duke for taking such amazing care of us and giving us the best car buying experience a person could hope for. He goes above and beyond to make you feel special. I felt like I was with a friend. P.S we bought the car and I’m happy I did. I love my Equinox and I will never buy a car anywhere else. From anyone else.   All people @ Healey were VERY helpful and friendly during our decision process as to whether or not to purchase at this time. We have purchased trucks there before and were treated well at those times also. We would recommend them to others for their vehicle purchases.

  This was the best car buying experience by far. Andy and Austen were very helpful and understanding at the Poughkeepsie location. The service dept is great as well i brought my previous car there for service they were always honest and not trying to sell me services that I didn't need right away if it wasn't in my budget.

  Always treated with courtesy, not too long waiting time. Real milk for the coffee! But most important, when I brought my car in for an inspection and tire rotation, I asked them to let me know if they saw any possible problems. What do I know about cars? They could have said almost anything and I'd have shelled out for unneeded repairs. But no, they told me they saw nothing of concern and didn't try to get any more money from me than necessary. I gave it 4 stars because the TV is always on in the waiting area, and there's no quiet, comfortable place where I can work on my computer. This is minor, though - I put on earphones and work at the small carrels they do provide.

  Bought from them years ago, when they were still in Beacon, and I'm happy to say, that nothing has changed. They still provided an excellent experience. Steve Villosio, was fantastic, and the transaction was nice, and smooth. I can honestly say, that it was a totally professional experience-the way it should be. I am most certainly going to go back there, when the time comes for another vehicle. EXCELLENT!
