  I just left this place of business. All Valvoline’s are not created the same. The boy “Prince”, behind the counter, is obviously a gangster. Upon entering my car I noticed dust and dirt on the passenger side floor. I picked the mat up got what I could off the mat. I drove about 1/4 of a mile when a part of the cabin air filter fell from the bottom of the glove compartment area, onto the floor, along with more dust. Upon returning, I told “Prince” what happened, handing him the part that had fallen to the floor. I also explained to him that all the dirt that was left on the floor shouldn’t have been left like that. He rebutted that he told me that my cabin air filter was dirty, and that the dirt on the floor was a result of them having difficulty putting the old one back, as they (supposedly) had to apply a staple to the cabin air filter to keep it intact. In my opinion, that’s a ploy to make it seem like purchasing a new one is your only alternative. I then told him that regardless of what services he wasn’t able to provide, he should’ve returned the car to the same condition in which he found it. He challenged such with saying that he told me the cabin air filter might not fit, as if that should justify why there was dirt on the floor. If Valvoline wasn’t trying to ‘milk’ each customer, perhaps they would’ve received a better review. As for “Prince”, expect for him to respond to your complaints with his chest out. His ego is definitely attached to his position at Valvoline. I refuse to return to this location as long as with such disregard at the helm.

  Needed an inspection and oil change. These guys had me out in less no than one half hour Very efficient and professional Will be going back!!!!

  Had a great experience here today. Went in for an oil change and from the first interaction with the service guys, everyone was very friendly. They let me know that the air filter on my engine needed to be changed and explained why but aside from that did not try to sell me anything extra. Went around 12:30 and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Can’t speak for their other services but definitely recommend for a quick oil change!

  If I could give them a zero I would. They are very unprofessional. I will never go back. I came and asked for a regular oil change.after they drained my oil they tell me I need a synthetic oil change that will cost $30 more and that if I didn't get what they where suggesting that they would report me to Carfax. And I had to go through with the oil change BC they already drained my oil. What if I didn't have the extra 30 dollars? I also waited an hour and a half and 3 cars behind me left before me. This was the last straw. Back in November they wouldn't past my inspection BC I wouldn't buy a windshield wiper. Took it elsewhere they thought my wipers where brand new.never again.
