  Surprisingly well prepared food for a neighborhood diner. All 3 of us ordered very different things and we all loved our meals.

  Excellent except the cashiers never say thank you even when you say it to them. The crazy part of it is they have a couple different cashier and they all do it (or don't do it). Otherwise the place is great. Update: ten months since my initial review and I'm happy to report that they have greatly improved the "cashier thank you" issue. Much, much better. Now after enjoying a great breakfast I'm not left with the maddening cashier's negative attitude. Thank you Gracie Mews - best UES diner.

  This is the best diner I’ve ever been to. They seat you usually within 15 minutes, staff is super friendly and serve within 10 minutes. They have a huge menu. Seating outside and inside. They have great breakfast deals and huge portions.

  "Gracie Mews is your standard NYC diner. It has everything on the menu, just as you would expect, all good quality stuff. The moussaka is to die for. The service is very attentive, old New York hands serving you quickly and with a smile. Not only is the food terrific, but it stands out as being better than your average bear because of the decor. The place underwent an expansion and remodel about 5 years ago and is still standing tall and spotless. It has great people-watching opportunities, too, as it is on the corner with big windows. Plenty of big screen televisions all around showing all the games - especially soccer. With those big windows, you can also people-watch into the diner itself, even if you're just walking by! I saw the guy from Law and Order SVU eating there once."

  Тут подают великолепные завтраки, да и вообще еда отличная. Но цены чуть выше средних.
