  My best flavors are Carmel and kettle corn. Staff is very friendly and always pleasant. I pick up a small bag before going to the cinema.

  I was in town on business & went into the shop because I love popcorn. I'm from the Chicago area so Garretts is my choice. The first visit was great told the guy I would be back again. My second visit was nothing like the first. The guy working this time was not practicing good sanitary habits. He was doing it all. Taking money, orders, & making popcorn. I asked for a sml cheese & carmel popcorn. I asked if he was gonna put it in a bag he said I didn't ask for one. I told him how on my first visit I didn't have to ask. He then began raising his voice & yelling at me. I asked for my money back he tore up the 4 singles I gave him & slammed the bag of popcorn dwn on the counter & said leave. When he slammed the popcorn dwn most of it came out the bag all over the counter & in my purse. I threw the popcorn back at him & said if didn't give me my money back I would call the police. He gave me my $4 back & I left. I WILL NEVER step foot in that place again. I will just wait til I get back to Chicago!
