There was no long wait time. And the staff was pleasant and helpful. The doctor did not make me feel rushed and gave me options.

This place is a special kind of bad. I really thought this level of ineptitude only took place in bad comedy movies. These guys are clueless all the way through. Prior treatments? What prior treatments? Triple billing for a single procedure? Sending bills to collections before even notifying the patient about the bill? Sounds good to you? Then come on in!!

Just an overall great experience. Reception was business like but once inside the medical area, the nurses, technicians and doctors were all super friendly and efficient. Process was quick and pleasant. Had the best 30 minute nap in 10 years which was my last colonoscopy!

I wish I could rate this place zero stars. The most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. Dr.Van Den Broek has been working with me since July 2022. Since, he has put me on more than 6 medications (none of which have worked), multiple blood tests, a SIBO breath test, multiple diets and NOTHING works! He obviously has no clue what is going on and refuses to refer me anywhere because he is greedy. He has never had any sympathy whatsoever. He talks to me as if I am a doctor and know all of the medical terms. It’s really sad, frustrating and disappointing that after all of this time I keep getting the same answers. Try this medicine, try this diet. Stop taking your antidepressants. No sympathy. So far I have had celiac, then IBD, oh wait then β€œI guess IBS”. It makes me so mad that I trusted this man and practice to help me. I am a 30 year old woman who just moved here and I’m so mad I wasted so much time here. Not only is he impossible to get a hold of, his staff is straight up rude and so unprofessional. The video calls that he makes are such a waste of time. Do not waste your time with these unprofessionals at the office.

The staff was very helpful. My Physician was professional and had good bedside manner. He quickly adjusted my medication to give me relief from reflux and told me exactly what I should ask my former Dr for to help him figure out how to best help me after doing a new upper GI exam.
