  I've been coming to this branch for over 6 years and have my personal and business accounts at Garden State Community Bank. The staff is very kind here. Overall Garden State Community Bank is a smaller bank compared to the Chase, TDs Bank of Americas in our area, so I feel like I am taken care of personally from the staff here.

  This bank is always completely closed and vacant at 3:45, but the sign on their door says they're open until 4 pm. In addition, the ATM is often broken. What is the point of this branch?
