  Went here one night to buy a PS4 Pro. There was only one girl working behind the counter alone. She had a pretty decent line but handled everything perfectly. She knew was she was doing and got everyone taken care of in a timely and accurate fashion. Believe her name was Kristen. So extra kudos to her!

  Customer service is fair. I wouldn't say completely excellent but I like that they're not on your ass just to make a sale. They ask if you need help and if you don't they let you look until you do.
