::if i could give a negative rating i would as I will never return to this store again. The iPhone 6s I got 7months ago through the insurance stopped working. I was told I would have to pay $385 to buy my phone out as i was told it was out of warranty and to upgrade despite the fact that I have been paying for it since 2015. Went to the apple store and they gave me a brand new one for free. went back to sprint to get it activated and they told me that the sim card was invalid and there was nothing they could do because it was a software issue and that I would have to upgrade my phone but assured me they “weren’t trying to sell me anything.” As I am not in charge of the sprint account I went home and called sprint customer care and told them the story and they explained that the workers had not told the truth to me and that an upgrade was not necessary and that they shouldve given me a new free sim card if it were true that it was invalid. the customer service lady had the phone activated within 2 minutes and told me to try a different store if i ever needed help again.

::When I came in the store I told them I was there to exchange my old phone that I received online with a new phone . The employee said I could just sit down. I assumed he would take my name or something but the employee said that I would be fine. After waiting an hour with no communication, just sitting there with no help. I was told he couldn’t help me, that his store doesn’t do that that I had to go to the palisades center store. I spoke to manager and he just apologized then the employee that I first talked to rudely denied everything. I told them an apology is unexceptable. Why didn’t the guy behind the counter tell me that in the first place.

::I went to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone. The rep requested a password change for my Apple ID without even asking my permission. Then he handed me the phone to type a new password. When it was clear that I was frustrated with him changing my password, he said he didn’t know why I had an attitude...I said I was annoyed that he changed my password without asking. He then got up and walked to the back. A customer that had observed the interaction was stunned by how the rep treated me. Needless to say I took my phones, left, and went to Apple where I should have gone to begin with. I won’t be back!
