::Now that my account is officially closed, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. Your direct deposit doesn't go through until 5 am, but you can't use that money until closer to 7 am, because the debit card doesn't recognize that money until then, or at least that's the garbage they told me. I switched 2 months ago to a bank that offers way better results. They'll also lock your card constantly because their fraud protection flags everything as fraud. It's a little embarrassing constantly getting denied at the store because I was flagged for something that I spent money on. For me this happened 2-3 times a month. This bank is a joke. They also didn't ID me when I came to pull put the little money that was still in the account.

::Been having a lot of issues with this bank but today instead of sending my ID card in to withdrawal money he asked me to tell him my account number in the drive through and never asked for verification of my name. Didn’t like that at all honestly. If someone else had my account info they would probably be able to withdrawal with this method.

::I wouldn’t even give this place on star!!! How about no stars! They just run you around and take your money and close an account you have asked to not closed and still do it anyways! Like how unprofessional there is no customer loyalty here and I have been banking with them for years now but it’s alright they just lost a really good customer to their negligence. If I were you I wouldn’t even dare to bank here !!!!! Oh and btw the banker who did this was Jose so don’t see if you do bank there!!!!!

::Pulling all my accounts...I've been with them since around 1994, doesn't mean a thing to them, customer loyalty used to mean something. Not anymore. Tried to deposit a bank issued money order into my account....was told there would be a 14-21 day hold on it. That's ridiculous. Teller said because it might be fraudulent, I told him to call the issuing bank to verify it and he told me that it wasn't his job! Seriously!! There's been several issues over the past few months but this was the last straw.

::Last summer I opened a HELOC for a home construction project. The banker insisted I open another credit account and offered nearly half the project interest free through the separate account. When the day came to pay the contractor I was unable to withdraw the amount needed out of this account. The Branch Manager Brandon refused to assist or even leave his office to fix this. I later complained to their home office only to have Brandon get in contact with me. He talked over me during the call and even became confrontational at times. I spoke to him twice and all he did was close down the account I can't use and refused to issue any sort of apology. This guy is a real piece of work. Clearly they are more concerned with getting their customers to sign up for new loan products instead of actually determine how to best serve their financial needs. After 20 years banking with FNB I am never borrowing another penny from this organization again. Rude and unethical.
