  THIS BANK IS A SCAM!!!!!!! I had $200 in my account, I didn’t remember that I had that money but I called multiple times, talked to multiple people and they all told me that was my available balance so I spend it cause I have bills and got paid today and now $200 randomly disappeared from my deposit, they do this every month where they add money on my “available balance” And then take it when I get paid

  No one ever seems to answer the phone anymore at any of my local branches. Very frustrating when you’re holding my money. The 800 number tells me to call the local branch. I’m about done with this bank

  When I asked to take out dollar coins a worker publicly humiliated me in the lobby in front of other people. I feel very depressed and am appalled that this is how US Bank would treat a Disabled Veteran. I would recommend that everyone else choose any another bank to do their business as US Bank does not care about their clients.

  I left this bank quick. Very unprofessional. They want you to do their work while you pay them for the privilege of holding your money. The only saving grace is they have nice tellers.

  My first check I deposited they mess up how much I got and the next day I was supposed to get the rest but didn’t for a whole week later. I went into the bank everyday I didn’t get the money to ask why and they just kept saying i would get it eventually which didn’t sound good enough to me. I finally got it and it has been ok since then, but my direct deposit doesn’t work for some reason
