  Was in on Thursday last week. Thought I was going to run a simple transaction and be out in 5 minutes or less. Turns out the teller I got was slow. No cars in front of me, was hard to hear her, didn’t even conduct my transaction correctly. She needs to speak up, and not just stare at me if she didn’t understand what I needed to do. The drive thru should be fast and easy to run a transaction especially if no other cars are there. I asked her a question about my account and she had to get someone else to answer didn’t even bother to say sorry I don’t know the answer let me ask for you. Needless to say Next time I go I’ll ask for a different teller.
