::Ehh got done what needed to be done. Friendly front desk staff but Dr. Townes not so much. She seems to lack good bedside manners, which doesn't make for a comfortable experience at all, she's also not very gentle, and a bit rushy. There's also a long wait time once you get seated. Not sure if they overbook or what but I sat for 1 hour on many occasions before being seen. If you don't value good customer service then I recommend going here, but if it matters to you I suggest looking elsewhere for your dental work.

::I have been a patient since 2006, I believe in Dr. Townes and her knowledge and capabilities. Year ma bee off a few. Never had a problem and always was greeted with positive, upbeat, professional courtesy and attitude from the staff and Dr. Towne's, herself. After a bad experience with a dentist that only wanted money, lets say $24K vs $3K. Will never go to another Dentist, unless under an extreme emergency. Truly know how to take care of their patients and has morals standards.

My dental hygienist, and X-ray technician were very professional and pleasant. Dr. Townes is truly a doctor of integrity, and super knowledgeable!
