  Ehh got done what needed to be done. Friendly front desk staff but Dr. Townes not so much. She seems to lack good bedside manners, which doesn't make for a comfortable experience at all, she's also not very gentle, and a bit rushy. There's also a long wait time once you get seated. Not sure if they overbook or what but I sat for 1 hour on many occasions before being seen. If you don't value good customer service then I recommend going here, but if it matters to you I suggest looking elsewhere for your dental work.

  From the front desk staff to Dr. Townes, the staff are truly professional. I have been a patient since the beginning of the practice. They have done a marvelous job of making me smile and keeping my dental work in check. Thank you!

  I have been a patient since 2006, I believe in Dr. Townes and her knowledge and capabilities. Year ma bee off a few. Never had a problem and always was greeted with positive, upbeat, professional courtesy and attitude from the staff and Dr. Towne's, herself. After a bad experience with a dentist that only wanted money, lets say $24K vs $3K. Will never go to another Dentist, unless under an extreme emergency. Truly know how to take care of their patients and has morals standards.

  I loved Floss & Smile. It was my first time visiting, and the experience was great. The young man at the front desk is amazing. He’s the exact type of person you want in that role. My dental hygienist, and X-ray technician were very professional and pleasant. Dr. Townes is truly a doctor of integrity, and super knowledgeable! I’m happy to have finally found my dental office in the DC area!

  We've been coming to Dr Townes for nearly eight years, and have been consistently happy with the service and quality of work. The visits are fast and conveniently scheduled. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking an excellent dentist.
