  At the worst point of the coronavirus pandemic, I've seen people go in and out of this building dozens of times, never wearing a mask. I would not want to take anything touched by these people, including money.

  Everyone here at this bank is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful staff that genuinely care about their customers. I would recommend this bank to family and friends.

  If you are looking for a local bank with friendly staff, convenient locations, personalized service, and no long lines, this is it! Erich and the other staff are amazing to work with! First Bank is the kind of bank that has a real, local phone number that is actually answered by a person, not a machine, and the staff know you as a person, not just another account.
