  There is only one banker working at a time, it will at least take an hour for you to see a banker to do a 5 minute task. Bankers were overall nice though.

  THIS DRIVE-THRU ATM MACHINE NEEDS TO BE SERVICED. Almost every other time this drive-thru ATM gives me problems: if it’s not accepting my chase bank card, it’s my prepaid card. And this time it rejected my deposit, took my $20 and didn’t even deposit it. AN ATM SHOULD BE CONVENIENT, NOT A PROBLEM.

  I am traveling and lost my debit card. I like to have cash so I needed a bank that would allow me to withdraw from my credit card from the teller with no PIN number. I called several banks and was told no. I walked into Chase Bank, spoke with Yitong Peng and she got my issue resolved. Yitong is my hero today! She knew her job, company policy and provided the very best customer service a girl traveling alone could ask for! Thank you Chase and Yitong!

  It is a bank. It does bank things. The walk-up ATM is in the least pedestrian-friendly spot they could have chosen, which is an odd choice for a bank that is downtown. But once you get there, that ATM does dispense money, except for that one time it didn’t.
