  Been renting from here for 10 years. Although management changes often. Customer service is usually great. My only complain is that for the past year or so, the rentals are really not cleaned. Ive received cars covered in bird droppings and bugs.. cars with garbage inside and smelling like smoke.

  Since they have changed management it's so much better. Everyone is friendly

  I am SO disappointed with this West Hempstead location. I usually go to the Mineola location and they are absolutely great! So nice and polite. Help you with everything. Here, they are SO RUDE! I just got off the phone with a woman there and she made me feel like I shouldn't have been calling. Like I bothered her. An attitude the whole time! Terrible phone manners. I would recommend the Mineola branch in a heart beat. The West Hempstead branch, stay far away from them. So rude I can't believe it. Ugh I'm so disgusted.

  I use the a lot for business so I’ve been here over 20 times in a year. The experience depends on the staff which changes every month. Once I get a great rep like Joel or Gina they leave, but it’s good because they got promoted! The staff there now is mediocre at best , I’m not greeted or acknowledged when I come in and the cars have been dirty the past 3 times! There’s always issues at the counters that make the wait longer, it seems like they need three people to work on one issue. They ran my State issued credit card which declined once. I call the bank they said there was no issue, but the little man at the counter couldn’t run it again and proceeded to help some else.
