  1/2 star only because they were open on Sunday. Woman behind counter rude and pissy, .Never looked at the car (had several dent) buyarked it dent free.

  I was staying at the Holiday Inn and had a great experience here with a 3 day rental. Enjoyed the Ford Focus and had zero issues with the rental or return. Two days later however I rented a Ford Fusion for one day. I noticed when I picked it up that the car had a strange chemical smell, but I passed it off as some off brand of car spray. I am very sensitive to odors and often find even scents like perfume unpleasant. Upon return, the agent accused me of smoking in the car, and I laughed assuming he was joking. I can't even stand downwind of smokers without feeling nauseous. He then went on to explain that he was going to charge me a $250 cleaning fee. At that point the joke stopped being funny. I told him that I didn't think the car smelled like smoke, it just smelled like a lousy chemical spray. He disagreed, we argued for a bit and I gave up since I had to literally run and catch a train to make my flight home. Beware of any odors and make sure that you lodge a formal complain about the slightest detail or you risk being charged a hefty fee for something you didn't do. I am very upset and feel like they exploited me to get their car detailed in someone else's dime (perhaps after neglecting to inspect the car after a previous smoker.)

  Great place and I really like the location. Mahdi is phenomenal and will really help you out in a bind if he can. He is what makes this place so good!
