  Terrible customer service. They charged my card twice and still would not provide me with a car. When I called my bank to verify, they explained that the charge approved but enterprise told me it declined. The rep was being extremely unhelpful and denied the fact that he voided one contract and restarted another which caused the double charge.

  I rented from this location 3 times within one month. Staff is courteous, available, quick, informative and make sure I'm comfortable. I usually rent compact/ economy cars. On one occasion, when one wasn't available they accommodated me with a larger vehicle. On a busy Saturday the longest wait time for me was about 20 minutes. I appreciate that they pick up and drop off as well. Will definitely rent from them this summer.
