::If your not going using the drive through. It's frustrating to get service inside the store. The employees are always talking to each other, rather than serving the customer. And God forbid if you need to use the bathroom, it always seems to be out of service. Even for the paying customers. It would be nice if Dunkin Donut did a spot check in this store once in awhile. And find a real manager to run the store, and not the kids that work there.

::I've never been inside, always go through the drive through but the service is always good and friendly. Plus they always get my order right. I have no complaints about this one

::I see all these complaints about this DD. But I have never had a problem there.. the girls in the drive thru are terrific. Michele knows how I like my iced coffee and tea as soon as I start a sentence.. they all know me there. I would not listen to these people here. I get 5 star service I'm there everyday. 2 times a day atleast. .

::Why did I pay 1.39 for a donut? Servers don't really recognize you until you make yourself present. I used to come to dunkin solely because it was cheaper than Starbucks. However, now you end up paying more than you would at Starbucks but get lower quality coffee. Everytime I leave I wonder why I went. I bought a medium iced coffee and a donut and it cost me $4.80, coffee was watered down and I just don't feel like these donuts are worth that much.

::My usual spot. Convenient location and the employees are generally very nice, quick with your order, and make the drinks well. That said, not really sure what's up with the donuts, especially the Munchkins. It could be the distributor they use because the donuts are routinely drier/seem slightly stale compared both to locations in the area and say, on Long Island. I went to the location on the corner of Union Turnpike and Lakeville Rd once and was shocked at just how close to fresh-made DD donuts COULD taste. I guess that place ruined me, but, well, now I make sure to only get the filled varieties here, which are more consistent in terms of quality. Basically, never get munchkins here. Also, there always seems to be an issue with the bathroom, and the place can get crowded with middle schoolers in the morning and early afternoon, but that's life. Overall a decent DD for the area.
