This place is a good place to come for a cup of coffee and a bagel. There is a spacious area for guests to sit and enjoy thier food.

This is a great place for having breakfast cause their omlettes are very delicious and no wonder my friend Shalom eats here a lot. They have a wide variety of bagels to offer, cakes and sandwiches are also. Very friendly staff but the place could be mantained a little better but overall its a great replacement for kosher pkace over a non kosher restuarant.

Friendly staff with quick service. I'm just loyal to this bagel place! So good I don't feel the need to try a different place.

Been going to this place since I was a kid. They never disappoint. The bagels are always fresh and taste amazing. I love her tuna salad, always perfect. My wife loves the egg salad and our kids live for their rasin bagels. The service is sometimes "tough", but I think it's part of the charm. Definitely worth it.

11/12/17 I’ve been coming to this Bagels n Creme for years when they didn’t have much business. The bagels are big but pricey. Some servers are cordial, some are curt. I take that as personality issue, but today was something really nerve racking. My family of 8 came in with an order. The woman who served us listed my order. Nothing complicated but for the no of Bagels and cream cheese. The bill came to $43.23 to my surprise. I was holding my $40 in my hands and ask my sister for additional money to pay her. After I laid down the trays on our table, I came back to ask for receipts, to see the breakdown. Instead of giving me receipts from the machine she said she was going to write it down. A little later, I asked if she has it. She said I didn’t even charge you yet for two bottles orange juice, aw apple juices sitting on your table. I told her I didn’t get juices other than what she had on her list. She argued that I have them on the table and of course I said I didn’t agree with her. Then she said why was I yelling at her, that “ you just came from church but you’re disgusting. You are a hypocrite.” By then my other sister came and straighten the figures, which got to $35 + over their conversation she threw the paper at the counter and said she can’t do it anymore. This store has violated my right to a receipt of purchase. The manager didn’t issue receipt and was told by my other sister, that the apple juice was paid for to another cashier and the other bottle of water was her own. She paid for the apple juice and the other cashier attested to it. To settle the matter the manager gave back the 2.00 regardless of the total but didn’t give the receipt. At that point we were all choked up to eat, my other sister returned her tray to the woman . I tossed mine in the garbage because their bagels are only good when fresh, otherwise you have to toast it. Questin: No apologies from the manager, no receipt for a cash purchase, instead he kept saying, the woman server was nice. I told him, she was mistaken and mistakes happen, but since she insisted I took 2 apple juices and was wrong, on top she chastised me personally was horrific!!! It is their loss, my friends, families and clients will be advised of this event. A report should be given to the Consumer Rights, why no receipts for cash purchase????? Also the abusive language to me as a customer. My only regret was the scene created by this!!!
