It's clean. The workers are nice. But there's to long of a wait just to get a drink and the price is more than I usually pay for. If I'm paying more even if it's a little I would expect them to be faster. But Coco is the best. Bubble Tea For Life.

Great location for tea that is not in flushing. Recommend the grapefruit with green tea.

So this is my second time here. The first time here, I asked for a mango slush but asked what aloe was. I never had aloe in my drink before but assumed it was jelly-like. To confirm, I asked the young man a question about what aloe is. He said that "aloe is aloe." Really??? Wow. Profound. Then he pointed to the aloe in a container. The whole time he looked miserable. I thought he might have had a bad day. I forgot about it.....until the second time I came. I ordered mango slush with lychee. I was the ONLY customer there during the Saturday evening, July 8 at 6:00 pm. The same young man (with two other female workers there) slowly makes the mango slush. He presses the blender. Then, after a minute, I look up and wonder where my drink was. I (still the only customer) see the three of them talking like they're not working there. Then I step up and stare at the blender in a noticeable way. One of the female workers goes "oh!" and runs over to finish making my slushie. I gave 1 star for taste. The service is an absolutely unremarkable 0. When I left to the other store next to it, I was still the only customer.
