  Waited on the drive-thru for an exceptionally long time; received lukewarm (decaf) coffee. Not a nice time.

  2 bad experiences in last month; 1st they had no selection (only 2 types of bagels, no English muffins) on Wed at 11am; 2nd order was completely wrong but bag contents seemed right when handed to me (didn't find out til I got home) and there was only 1 car ahead and behind me in drive thru. This is not my experience aat other DD places just here. Avoid if can.

  I always use the drive though and I never wait long at all. They also always get my order correct

  Notting like Duncan Donut Coffee hands down, Starbucks can not Compare sorry... Sandwiches and the Donuts, to die for... not even Krispy Kreme Donuts couldn't compare..❤❤❤please don't ever Close Down....

  I went to this DD on Tuesday, normally when I go to Dunkin I get either bacon/sausage egg and cheeses. On this day I decided to get the 2 for $5 deal they have going on, typically I have a average or above experience at DD but both sandwiches and my sweet tea that was unsweetened were incorrect. I understand it gets busy or "some things wrong with there microwave oven" but Zafirh the manager was the only one that actually was helpful and refunded me for the sandwiches.
