  Muy mala... La persona que me atendio no es tolerante con los que hablan español... Yo estoy aprendiendo a hablar ingles... Y por no saberlo hablar el señor que me atendio me trato mal... Se molesto y no quizo atenderme... Donde puedo hacer el reclamo?? Very bad ... The person who treated me is not tolerant with those who speak Spanish ... I am learning to speak English ... And because I did not know how to speak, the man who treated me treated me badly ... He was upset and not wanted to help me ... Where can I make the claim?

  Worst service ever. Order a bagel with real butter that they have if you ask for. Then the person didn't put it on they use the cheap spread. Then remade the bagel and put the butter in the bag. I then complained to the manager Nancy and she said they didn't have to... What the hell am I paying for then... If I have yo do the work..

  Sorry to say this but its very hard for this crew to get an order right. Training is in order to up the ante.Every time I try this place I hope it has improved. As of yet no.

  Staff is always friendly, has never gotten my order. Sometimes there might be a line, always gets cleared quickly as possible. I love staff they are always professional.
