  A most unusual location! Not on a major road and not part of a shopping area - a true neighborhood location - however, worth finding, it's a very nice mid-size DD with a drive-thru and some seating inside.

  I had trouble with the app on phone so had to use my DD card. When ordering a large coffee with syrups and sugar, they don't always stir it, or put enough sugar in so you could taste it. I usually have to add sugar or go back to the counter for Xtra caramel and/or ask for a few stirrers before I leave the drive thru. In the phone App you can tell them how many squirts of syrup and teaspoons of sugar you like. The dark roast coffee usually tastes better than Starbucks, less bitter and syrups are free. This DD is the most expensive 50 cent more for a single cup of coffee. They don't always apply the discoiunted price on certain days during a promotion when using the app at checkout as indicated on my receipt when I looked it up after checkout unlike other DD which honors it automatically. Check out edited review: This shop definitely improved. The App always works and the coffee and food are done right more than 90% of the time. I like the layout of this restaurant; it is has a large open sitting area with lots of windows. I usually hang out and play games on my phone while I dine in instead of carrying it out.

  I stopped by this location on three separate occasions, underwhelmed with each experience. During the first stop, a young man at the drive through was pretty lackluster with customer service. This also happened again today, except one part of my order was also missing. The young man simply handed me the bag without checking the bag or a receipt. I ignored my better judgment and didn't check before pulling off. Outside of customer service, the wait is pretty long. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the location nor would I return.

  Service is sometimes frustrating slow when ordering with mobile. Four times in the past month, I have mobile ordered a single drink 5 or more minutes before arriving at the store and still have to wait for the drink to be prepared after arriving. I haven't experienced this problem nearly as frequently at other local Dunkin. And, ordering food makes the wait even longer. I stopped ordering food altogether from this location because of it. Staff is otherwise friendly and drinks are at least as good as other Dunkin.

  The environment was small seems like the front of a home. The service was real good loved the mannerism. The only thing was the restroom had some urine on the floor which is understandable not their fault and male being males. Overall good experience.
