  Longest wait of my life just now. Waited 30 whole minutes for my bagel and coffee. Kids don’t know what they are doing.

  Gave 4 star bcoz of service. The lady made coffee twice, but the 2nd time also she couldn't give what I asked for. I just walked away. Didn't want to hurt the employees.. because we are all humans. Mistakes happen.

  Either something is always broken, they’re out of something, or there’s only one employee taking and making everyone’s order making waits too long
