  Really terrible Dunkin. This is a last resort Dunkin, so if you can drive to another one, do it. Horrible service. They always mess up my order. Today they gave me a weird off brand cup. One time they crammed an order of a dozen donuts in two bags. When I asked about it, the lady laughed. But wouldn’t put them in a box. Another time I asked if they could do a glove change for allergies, the person refused.

  THE WORST DUNKIN I’VE EVER BEEN TOO. Literally just left from there. I was waiting at the counter, asking for someone to help me for 10 minutes. Finally was waited on and the lady couldn’t count. My order was $9.22, I gave her $20.22 she in turn gives me back $10.90 I informed her I gave her $20.22 she insisted that I gave her $20.12 while that is taking place, a young black girl appeared, gave me my receipt aggressively and closed the cash drawer and walked off, complete disregard for not giving me my correct change. I received my order and it’s not cold brew, it’s iced coffee as if I couldn’t taste the difference, however I was charged for cold brew and given something different. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! This is my first time going to this location and I will NEVER go back again. I’m regretful for not checking the reviews before going to this location. It would’ve saved me a ton of time. These companies need to do better in he hiring process. Starbucks would never and I’m not a fan of Starbucks. This place is complete TRASH!

  So many things wrong but let me start with the pros. Pro: Order was correct because I said it several times Cons: Restaurant dirty(tables, bathroom, trash overflowing) Customer service was ghetto and slow despite being the only customer My daughter asked for a lid for her sundae and after 3 people couldn't provide one, we left Next time I'll go to University Blvd location this one is consistently trash. I agree with giving the high school students jobs and chances but management needs to supervise so good customer service is provided

  There is a reason the Dunkin’ does not have a phone number listed. I’ve had several horrible experiences here. It’s only been open less than a year and I have had them leave items out of my order. Answer me in the drive through upon pulling up by saying yea go ahead, and then today serving me this “Apple fritter” that should have been tossed in the trash. I will drive a bit further for my Dunkin’ Donuts from now on.

  I walked 15 minutes with my baby in a stroller and they had locked the lobby door, stopped taking mobile orders. Other competitors don't have this problem. If having too many customers is a problem, hire more people or more skilled people and pay them responsibly
