  Complete garbage store. Trash all over the floors and says it’s open 24 hours but most definitely is not. You’d think as a staple of the city, upper management would’ve stepped in by now to get these guys to get their act together. Find another spot. This place isn’t worth a bag of sand in the desert.

  Worst Duane Reade ever, Start with assigning a manager who cares about customer service. The staff is never supervised, lines going out the store. Never see manager even acknowledge that this is a problem. Staff is friendly, but not quite ready for PRIME TIME. Pharmacy is even worse, takes them 20 minutes to find anything. in the meantime no one is answering the phone. What's going here.

  I give 5 stars because Svetlana helped me so much. I’m Spanish and this was my first time asking for medicine in the USA. I had troubles with my insurance and she helped me with it. I very appreciate. It was a pleasure been so well treated.

  I often go to this location because I work so close and often I'm running there after work before my commute home. But it's always a song and dance. On one side the entrance is closed because of the drunken attendees of the bar next door. As a result you have to walk up an extra block. Then i run the extra block to be turned away at 11:55pm! It says their closing time is 12midnight. And the way the workers mime the action of them being closed is just unprofessional to say the least!
